Embed subtitles to video

After translation is finished, this is usually the time you want to embed those subtitles into the video to create a new one with new subtitles or your choice.

Before proceeding, ensure you have selected the target language that you want to embed.

1. Open the embed subtitles dialog

Click on the button (arrow 1) as shown below to open the dialog

2. Adjust parameters

Adjust the parameters as needed (arrow 2)

  • Font size
  • Subtitles background color
  • Subtitles' bottom margin
  • Sample time

The "Run sample" button allows you to embed a sample (1o or 20 seconds) to make sure the output format is to your likings. If it's not suitable yet, you can adjust the parameters again.

After you're happy with the sample, you can click on the "Run full video" to embed all subtitles to the whole video. This is usually a time-consuming process. You can always close the window and get back later to see the result.

3. Start to embed subtitles

After you click "Run sample" or "Run full video", the "Processing..." status will appear.

After it's finished, you'll see the links at the location indicated by the arrow below, you can use this link to download your new video. Please note these links are usually limited to 24 hours existence, you should quickly download the video to avoid loss of the video.

4. Result

Result after downloaded is new video with the new language's subtitles embeded into the video
